Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ride In Bir, we provide adventure experiences and services. Therefore, the shipping of physical products is not applicable in most cases. However, for compliance, our policy is as follows:

1. Service Delivery (Booking Confirmation)

Since our primary offerings are Paragliding, Trekking, and Camping, you will not receive a physical package.

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation via Email and SMS/WhatsApp immediately.
• This digital confirmation serves as your ticket/pass for the activity.
• You must present this digital receipt to our team at the billing/take-off site.

2. Timeline

The confirmation is usually instant. However, in case of technical delays, the booking details will be delivered electronically within 0-2 days from the date of payment.

3. Merchandise (If Applicable)

If you purchase any physical merchandise (like t-shirts or souvenirs) from us in the future:

• Orders are shipped through registered courier companies.
• Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
